We also collect basic technical information that a web server normally records, such as the requested page, browser type, referring page and time of access.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether our services fit your project, to prepare a proposal, and to maintain a record of the relationship. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Where applicable, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or as required by law.

We may share information with service providers that host or support this website, and professional advisers, where necessary to respond to your enquiry or operate the site. Our enquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms, which processes the submitted fields on our behalf and forwards them to our sales inbox. We require those parties to protect the information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These tools load only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. They may collect page URLs, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction data such as clicks, scrolls and session replays. We configure Clarity to mask the enquiry form. Google Analytics and Clarity may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can reject analytics without affecting your use of the site, withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or control cookies through your browser. We do not use these tools for advertising.
