Hotel Club Sunway Punta Prima
The Hotel Club Sunway Punta Prima in Es Pujols, Formentera, rebuilt its rooms around one Miniserver per room. The system links door access, bathroom, bedroom and terrace, switches the room controls into the guest's language at check-in and connects to the hotel's reservation system, while presence, window and energy monitoring support central management.

01 / Challenge
What the project had to solve.
The renovation had to give every guest a comfortable, personal and simple room experience while helping the hotel save energy and manage each room centrally. Keyless access, efficient climate control, scene lighting, audio and security all needed to work together and with the reservation system, rather than as separate systems managed room by room. The brief also covered arrivals: a room prepared automatically, set to the guest's language, and a welcome sequence that works without extra effort at reception.

How the system was delivered.
Each room runs its own Miniserver covering entrance, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. The Sunway reservation system sends booking data through an API, so check-in prepares the room automatically and Touch Pure Flex switches to the guest's language, with a welcome sequence on arrival. NFC Code Touch at the entrance and terrace handles keyless access, and a card reader detects occupancy. Lighting scenes, presence sensors, motorised curtains, Bluetooth audio, climate shutoff when a window is open, smoke detection, per-room energy metering and a Room Availability mode complete the room.
