What the project had to solve.
The brief was full automation for a small apartment on a tight budget. Every room still needed lighting, climate, curtains, sheers and audio on one simple interface, with scenes that bring the whole home together for mornings, dining and entertaining. The owner wanted the technology to disappear into daily life rather than add another app, another remote and another set of instructions, so the system had to be complete without becoming complicated or expensive to run.
